How patients ask
"Dentist in Sunnyvale who's good with nervous patients and takes Delta Dental PPO" is a real AI question, and the answer names two or three practices. We help make yours one of them. The patient's question carries three conditions: a city, a quality (good with nervous patients) and an insurance plan. An assistant can only match a practice whose site, listings and reviews state all three. Bay Area AEO's demo questions for dentists show the range:
- Can you recommend a dentist in San Mateo who's good with anxious patients and takes Delta Dental?
- Emergency dentist open Saturday in Hayward
- Best place for Invisalign in Palo Alto
- Pediatric-friendly family dentist in Concord

Procedure
- List the plans
Write every accepted PPO plan, any membership plan and financing options on the fact sheet, with the date the list was checked.
- Publish the insurance page
One page that names each plan in full, explains how benefits are checked and covers patients without insurance.
- Build the treatment pages
For each treatment, explain the process, the number of visits, the typical timeline and a typical cost range or the factors that set it.
- Build the provider table
For each dentist: schooling, specialties, memberships, languages and license number, then make the bio page and every directory profile match it.
- Change the review request
Invite patients to mention how comfortable they felt, the treatment they had and who looked after them.
- Test with the panel
Add a question for each plan and treatment that matters, and run it in the monthly re-test.
Answering the comfort question
"Good with nervous patients" is one of the most common conditions in dental questions, and it is answered almost entirely by reviews and by the practice's own description of how it handles anxiety. A short page or FAQ entry on comfort (sedation options if offered, how the first visit works, how the team explains each step) gives the assistant a statement from the practice. Reviews that use words like "calm," "patient" or "explained everything" give it outside confirmation. The pairing is what moves the answer.
Replies and patient privacy
Health privacy rules apply to review replies. A reply should thank the reviewer and speak about the practice in general terms without confirming that the person is a patient or mentioning any treatment details. "We're glad the team made you feel at ease" is fine; anything about the reviewer's procedure is not. Put this rule in the reply template the front desk uses.
Plans that come up by city
Insurance questions vary across the region. Bay Area AEO's Hayward and Daly City pages both list sample questions about dentists who take Medi-Cal, while its demo questions elsewhere name Delta Dental. Build the panel's insurance questions from the plans patients in the practice's own cities actually ask about.
Done when
Emergency and weekend availability
"Emergency dentist open Saturday in Hayward" is a demo question for a reason. Patients in pain ask about today, and the answer depends on hours and on whether the practice says plainly that it sees emergencies. If the practice keeps same-day slots, write a short emergency page that says how to get one, which hours it applies to and what counts as an emergency. Put Saturday hours, if any, on every listing and in the markup, and enter holiday hours a year ahead.
Languages spoken
Several of Bay Area AEO's city pages include sample questions about dentists who speak a particular language, such as a dentist in Fremont who speaks Hindi. List every language spoken by dentists and front desk staff on the provider table, the bio pages, the Google profile attributes and the directories that have a language field. It is one of the easiest conditions to state and one of the most decisive when a patient asks.
